When you register or ask for event announcements, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, firm, registration choices, guest information, dietary notes, referral information, payment status, and basic technical information used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to process registrations and payments, manage capacity and waitlists, send confirmations and event logistics, answer questions, provide requested announcements, maintain records, and protect the site and its attendees.

We may provide information to service providers that help us deliver messages solely on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, databases, payment processing, email delivery, text delivery, security, and operations. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform those services.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including event operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
